Covid Vaccination

INFANTS 6 MONTHS AGE TO 5 YEARS OLD

We are happy to announce that the Covid vaccine is arriving for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Please call the office at 817-617-8600 for an appointment.
*Please note: at this time, supplies are limited, and we will only be offering the Moderna vaccine.

5-12 YEARS OLD

Our doctors are recommending the Pfizer COVID vaccine for children ages 5 and up, and it is currently available at any pharmacy. We also recommend the BOOSTER vaccine to be given after the initial two-part series. The BOOSTER dose should be given at least 5 months after your last shot. If you have had COVID, you should still get the vaccine; it must be just at least 14 days from the illness.

Testing Available

We now have COVID-19 tests available to our patients!

Please call our office for an appointment with one of our doctors if you think you may need testing. Our PCR test returns quickly and is available next day on your patient portal.

POLICY & SAFETY

All of our staff are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, our patients, and our community during this outbreak. Please read below regarding our current policies to keep you and your families safe.

OUR WAITING ROOMS ARE CLOSED

Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive for your appointment and call our front desk at 817-617-8600 to notify us of your arrival. You may be asked to remain in your vehicle, until our staff is ready for you to enter for your visit.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED

All parents and patients (ages 2 and above) must wear their own mask. Due to PPE shortages, we may not be able to provide one to you.

Please wear your own mask prior to entering the building, and it will need to remain on for your entire visit.

VISITOR POLICY

Please try to limit the number of family members accompanying the patient to their visit.
