LIKHITHA REDDY, MD
Dr. Likhitha Reddy has lived all over the world. She was born in India and moved with her family to New Zealand at two years old and then to the United States at four years old. She primarily grew up in Connecticut and North Carolina but has made Texas home since 2011.
Dr. Reddy received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Pan America in Edinburg, Texas, and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical in Galveston, TX. She attained her pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in San Antonio, TX.
Dr. Reddy is currently working to continue her education further by working on becoming a certified lactation consultant. She understands that breastfeeding is not always easy and is passionate about helping young mothers with their breastfeeding journey.
Dr. Reddy is passionate about practicing pediatric medicine because she loves building long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She considers it an honor to watch her patients grow up and develop into their personalities with health.
When Dr. Reddy is not seeing patients, she is likely hiking with her young Australian Shepherd, fostering dogs in need, or honing her gourmet cooking skills. She also greatly enjoys traveling and fits this in whenever she can. Dr. Reddy has visited over ten countries already! She finds learning about different cultures fun and exciting. She also loves endeavoring to make her favorite authentic cuisine discoveries at home.
