Tamrah enjoys building relationships with patients and their families. She loves that she is in a wonderfully unique position to educate and advocate for children as they grow and develop.
Tamrah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Tech. She is also a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Nurse.
She is a native-born and raised Dallas, Texan who loves to give back to her community. She regularly spends time volunteering for Camp John Marc. Camp Jon Marc partners with DFW area pediatric hospitals, community volunteers, and health organizations to provide high-quality camping programs for children and teens living with chronic medical and physical challenges.
When she is not seeing patients or volunteering, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and dog. Her favorite pastimes include cooking, baking, creating new recipes, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, attending Musicals, and watching cheesy Lifetime Movies. She firmly believes that watching Christmas movies all year round is good for your health. She is also a candle pouring expert.
